Research on the Training Mode of Accounting Applied Talents based on Innovative Practical Ability

Abstract: In the new era, China's economic development is gradually changing from a high-speed growth model to a high-quality development model. The various industries in the economic field also have a higher demand for high-quality composite applied accounting talents with both ability and political integrity. Therefore, application-oriented universities must rethink the training mode of accounting applied talents and deepen the education reform of accounting major. There are four deficiencies that weak professional ethics education, lack of double-qualified teachers, low level of practical courses and poor effect of off-campus internship in the training mode of accounting applied talents. Application-oriented universities must improve the training mode of accounting applied talents based on innovative practical ability from four dimensions that pay attention to “moral education” as the core, strengthen the construction of double-qualified teachers, strengthen practical teaching innovation and enhance the cooperation and communication of off-campus internships.
