Abstract: Under the background of the era of knowledge economy, innovation and entrepreneurship education has become the mainstream, private colleges and universities to cultivate practical talents is also the new era of education ideas. With the rapid development of tourism industry and the shortage of tourism industry talents, the contradiction between the university has become an important base of tourism talent training. This paper explores and analyzes the education mode of undergraduate tourism management professionals in private colleges and universities, and puts forward some suggestions for training tourism management professionals, aiming to cultivate more innovative tourism talents for the society and practical talents for tourism industry and modern management enterprises.
