Exploration of Innovative Talent Training in the Independent Colleges based on the Integration of Scientific Research and Teaching——Taking Teaching Reform of Instrumental Analysis as An Example

Abstract: Under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation as well as "double-first-class" construction, cultivation of college students'?scientific innovation ability has become the core content of applied talent training in the independent colleges. Instrumental analysis plays an important role in the cultivation of students' innovative ability due to its practical feature. In this study, the problems in teaching of instrumental analysis were analyzed from the status of the course in the independent colleges, and teaching model based on the integration of scientific research and education was explored, model of case teaching, academic seminar, experimental research and extracurricular practice was applied with aims to enhance cultivation of students' practical competence and innovative ability. It provides reference for the teaching reform of instrumental analysis in the independent colleges.
