Education Case Development + Gradient: The New Exploration of Teachers' Professional Growth Path——Based on the Case of Self-development of Preschool Teacher's “Research Ability”

Abstract: The aim of “Education Case Development + Gradient” is self-professional growth. According to his or her own actual situation and the degree of difficulty of case development, preschool teachers write, communicate and discuss education cases, and also do practical research and then reflect on cases, based on having an insight into educational life, and collecting information and materials. This will enhance the process of own and others' mutual development. “Education Case Development + Gradient” is an effective path for preschool teachers' self professional growth and its “6 steps + 12 strategies” provides a clear path for the self-development of preschool teachers' “research ability” of key competence.
