Research on the Teaching Reform of Postgraduate Innovative Practice Education Driven by Subject Competition

Abstract: At the present stage, the postgraduate subject competition plays a very important role in cultivating the innovative thinking and practical ability of postgraduates and enhancing their overall quality. However, in the specific implementation, there are still many problems, mainly reflected in the entries do not match the social needs, the conflict between postgraduate learning and research activities and competition activities, and the unreasonable allocation of school competition resources. Therefore, in order to promote the quality and efficiency of discipline competition, we should improve the postgraduate training system, build a more efficient and scientific assessment process, optimize the allocation of discipline competition resources, implement incentive mechanism, and give full play to the role of alumni in enhancing the social influence of discipline competition.
