Abstract: Modern apprenticeship embodies the deep cooperation between colleges and enterprises and is the main trend of higher vocational education reform. In recent years, more and more people have paid attention to it, and achieved a certain amount of success. However, in practice, no matter in the enthusiasm of enterprises or in the colleges themselves, there are some problems, which directly affect the effectiveness of the teaching model, is not conducive to the personalized cultivation of apprentice talents. This paper analyzes the current problems in the implementation of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational education, and discusses the relevant countermeasures, with a view to promoting the development of this mode of education.
