Abstract: The cultivation and practice of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship consciousness is of great significance for their own development, enterprise development and national development. However, there are still some outstanding problems in the cultivation and practice of College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship awareness: first, students' enthusiasm for innovation and entrepreneurship is not high enough; second, financial investment in innovation and entrepreneurship is insufficient; third, the innovation and entrepreneurship system in Colleges and universities is not perfect. In view of these problems, colleges and government institutions should enhance college students' awareness and skills of innovation and entrepreneurship, increase financial investment in college students' innovation and entrepreneurship, and further improve the system of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship.
