Investigation and Analysis on the Autonomous Learning Ability of Engineering Students in Local Universities

Abstract

Abstract: The status quo of autonomous learning ability of students majored several different engineering course specialty in HeXi University is investigated by questionnaires and conversations. Based on the as-obtained information, independent sample T test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and multiple comparison are used to deal with the sample data, and the reasons for students' poor autonomous learning ability in local universities are analyzed. Finally, some strategies and suggestions for the prominent problems are provided.
