Abstract: Based on the analysis of the current situation of College Students' English online learning in Yuxi Normal University, this paper summarizes the practical problems existing in the college students' English online learning. In order to improve the convenience of students' autonomous and self-help learning, based on modern multimedia and network learning platform, the WeChat public official account of I English learning station was established based on the concept of "Interesting, Innovating, Improving, Increasing" and completed the related questionnaire survey. Based on the survey results and the background data of official account of I English learning station, the problems of platform creation, content creation and content interaction are discussed. On this basis, the optimization measures are put forward, such as accurate positioning, innovative tweet content and interactive diversification.
