Practice and Exploration of RISE Teaching Method in Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing Teaching

Abstract: Objective To explore the practical effect of literature oriented self-learning (rise) teaching method in obstetrics and gynecology nursing teaching. Methods 72 nursing students in grade 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups: the control group (n=36) adopted the traditional teaching mode to accept the obstetrics and gynecology nursing course teaching, while the research group (n=36) adopted the rise teaching method. The course performance and the recognition of teaching methods of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results the scores of individual work, group work, personal report and course total score of the study group were higher than those of the control group (t=3.971, 3.967, 7.261, 4.829, P<0.001); the recognition of teaching methods in the study group was higher than that in the control group(χ2=4.545, P=0.033). Conclusion the practical effect of rise teaching method in obstetrics and gynecology nursing teaching is exact, which can effectively improve the students' academic performance and the recognition of teaching methods, which can be used for reference.
