Reformand Practice of Training Mode of Professional Degree Graduate Students with Application-oriented Ability Enhancement as the Core——A Case Study of Xinchang Graduate Student Training Base of Zhejiang University of Science and Technology

Abstract: There are some problems in the cultivation of professional degree postgraduates, such as serious homogenization with academic postgraduates, weak promotion and construction of engineering practice base, and disjointed research contents from the actual needs of enterprises. How to effectively promote the reform of professional degree postgraduate training mode and do a good job of "writing papers on the land of the motherland" has become an urgent problem for colleges and universities to solve. Taking Xinchang postgraduate joint training base of Zhejiang University of science and technology as an example, this paper discusses the feasibility of the reform of the research and training mode of the five in one deep integration of "government, industry, University, research and application" from the aspects of reform ideas, training measures, reform effect and promotion effect.
