Research on the Mechanism of Collaborative Education between Graduate Counselors and Tutors

Abstract: Graduate counselors and mentors are the main body of graduate cultivation, which can effectively guide graduate students to study and develop. Under the background of the new era, the state has put forward higher requirements for the development of graduate students. It is necessary for graduate counselors and mentors to cooperate with each other to improve the effect of graduate training. Based on this, this paper briefly analyzes the professional role orientation and the present situation of cooperative education of graduate counselors and mentors in the process of graduate education, and puts forward the ways to ensure the construction of cooperative education mechanism between graduate counselors and mentors. Look forward to the cultivation of graduate students in colleges and universities.
