"U-G-B-S" Exploration of Collaborative Innovation Model of Teacher Education

Abstract: Intelligent technology innovation has become a new way of teacher education professional development. It is of great significance to use digital means to break through the Trinity Mode of universities, government and primary and secondary schools (U-G-S). Based on the background and practice of U-G-B-S, the "collaborative learning model" of Teacher Education in U-G-B-S has been deeply rooted in the Internet plus education. Under the guidance of the concept of "collaborative innovation", we have formed an excellent teacher training mode with "government policy guidance, leading normal universities, Internet Co technology support and basic education application feedback". Through the establishment of digital teacher education development center, the online and offline mixed mode of teacher education training project, and the establishment of data research center, the integration of production, teaching and research is strengthened, and some achievements are achieved in resource integration and sharing, education equity and so on.
