Abstract: "Credit outsourcing", as a new strategy of "school enterprise cooperation", is of great help to improve the quality of higher vocational education because of its simple and clear operation path and good implementation. As an important means to make up for the shortage of teaching resources in the University, "credit outsourcing" should pay attention to the careful selection of outsourcing courses and outsourcing enterprises, negotiation with enterprises, contract signing, monitoring of implementation process, scientific and reasonable evaluation of teaching quality, and risk control of the whole outsourcing work, etc., in order to ensure the effect of this work.
