Construction Path and Practical Significance of “Production and Operation Management” Ideological and Political Teaching——Taking “Industrial Engineering of Shanghai University of Shanghai for Science and Technology” as an Example

Abstract: In order to strengthen the ideological and political literacy of industrial engineering professionals and improve the quality of ideological and political teaching in classroom courses, this study takes the core course of industrial engineering “Production and Operation Management” as an example to explore an effective teaching construction path to achieve the ideological and political objectives of the course. Focusing on the effect of ideological and political teaching in the course of “Production and Operation Management”, it has realized the organic unity of professional talent training mode, school enterprise cooperation, ideological and political teaching methods and teachers' ethics and style. At the same time, it also provides reference for the ideological and political teaching construction of other professional core courses.
