Study on the Mode of School-Enterprise Cooperation Training High-Skilled Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract: With the development of education and the change of talent demand, the cooperation between schools and enterprises to cultivate high skilled talents has become an important issue in the deepening reform of higher education. It is of great and far-reaching significance to promote the implementation of the strategy of strengthening the country with talents, promote people's all-round development and promote the innovation of higher education. Relying only on the talent training mode of higher vocational colleges has certain limitations on the all-round development of talents. Constructing the school enterprise cooperation training mode of high skilled talents can effectively improve the social adaptability of skilled talents and enable them to quickly transform their learned knowledge and skills into social work practice. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of school enterprise cooperation in cultivating high skilled talents, and draws lessons from some theories and practical experience to explore the implementation strategies of school enterprise cooperation in cultivating high skilled talents, so as to promote the further improvement and development of talent training mode in higher vocational colleges.
