Abstract: Bachelor or graduate students majoring in electronic packaging are specialists in urgent needs in electronic manufacturing field in China nowadays; they are in greatly demands from large semiconductor enterprises. Complete teaching systems and efficient methods are vital for raising personnel training quality. In the condition of new techniques and concepts and the new coronavirus epidemic, exploring of teaching on the platform of internet has great significances. Hot working test and control is a core bachelor course for electronic packing majors, its content includes principles, structures and applications of sensors and testing systems. The study of this course is important for constructing a complete knowledge system for students in this major. Authors discussed teaching practice on the internet platform based on personal practices. They discussed designs and analyses of teaching methods, course sources, teaching designs, and summery and induction of the teaching results.
