Teaching Design and Practice of the Course “Basis of Materials Engineering” Based on Ideological and Political Education

Abstract: In order to play the role of Ideological and political education in the professional curriculum, we should actively develop the cultivation of comprehensive quality while training the students' professional basic knowledge and practical skills, aiming at training qualified builders and successors of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Taking the material engineering foundation as an example, this paper expounds the course ideological and political strategies of the course around the training objectives, ideological and political elements, teaching design, practical effect and improvement ideas of the course. In order to build a higher level of personnel training system, to cultivate more new people of the era worthy of the national rejuvenation.
