Research on the Training Practice and Mechanism of "Double Creation" Talents Based on School-Enterprise Cooperation

Abstract: School-enterprise cooperation is a significant measure which to cultivate innovative talents, and also a key means to guide college students to develop a good spirit of innovation and entrepreneurial ability. At present, the school-enterprise cooperation in the cultivation of "double-creative" talents is on the move. There are still obvious deficiencies in the practical channels, education models, training mechanisms, etc. Therefore, the following measurement would be attempted, for example, change the traditional education concept, build a comprehensive and innovative education mechanism, create a flexible teaching model, broaden the training channels for double-creative, strengthen the school-enterprise cooperation consensus, and create a platform for innovation and entrepreneurship to enrich and develop the training of "double-creative" talents.
