Abstract: For colleges and universities in our country, the innovation of entrepreneurial education curriculum system upgrade and update process, should pay attention to the choice of the content and patterns and upgrade, more emphasis on how the content of innovation in entrepreneurship system integration with daily practice, to ensure that students in the learning process and better understand the course and realistically to perception. For the current universities, the most important thing in the process of innovation and entrepreneurship development is how to upgrade the mechanism and system, so as to better ensure that the established educational goals can be achieved in the process of talent cultivation.
