Mental Health Education and Students' Character Cultivation in Efficient Classroom

Abstract: As an important embodiment of people's psychological quality and personality quality, personality affects everyone's future and destiny. In recent years, the in-depth development of Internet technology, to a large extent, presents a diversified personality culture and diversified personality environment for the public. Most of the students are unable to stay away from the big environment of mixed information. To a certain extent, this will lead to students' psychological problems, which will bring great challenges to the cultivation of students' character. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out mental health education in students' classroom. This paper analyzes the relationship between mental health education and personality cultivation in efficient classroom, and the relationship between students' personality cultivation and students' healthy growth, explores the measures of mental health education to promote students' personality cultivation in efficient classroom, so as to further optimize students' learning atmosphere, enhance classroom effectiveness, and promote students' all-round development.
