Abstract: The arrival of the era of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" puts forward higher requirements for innovation and entrepreneurship education, guides the correct direction for the reform and development of modern education, and becomes an important strategy to implement the innovation driven strategy, deepen education reform and boost the sustainable development of the country. The construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education system is the core task that schools should grasp in the development of education. To ensure that the task is achieved, first of all, we need to have correct educational ideas for guidance. The achievement oriented education idea is affirmed by its advanced nature and the advantages in implementing the comprehensive quality education, and it can effectively improve the quality of personnel training. It also helps to improve the innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system. The construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education system under the guidance of achievement oriented education concept not only needs to absorb nutrition from advanced concepts and grasp the correct direction of education reform, but also needs to correctly understand the actual problems existing in the current education system construction, so as to put forward targeted education construction scheme and promote the sustainable development of education.
