The Key Influence Factor Analysis of “Three Creative” Ability Training for Undergraduates

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to explore the key influencing factors of college students' ability of "three innovations", analyze the influencing factors of college students' ability of "three innovations" from the aspects of students, school, society, etc., and design a questionnaire. Through the questionnaire survey of students to obtain data, using SPSS software analysis, the questionnaire has good reliability and validity. By using factor analysis method, the key influencing factors of college students' ability of "three innovations" are extracted, which are named as ability training approach, school organization and management, instructor ability, students' ability of "three innovations", basic knowledge reserve and basic conditions of "three innovations". Finally, some countermeasures are put forward to strengthen the cultivation and education of college students' ability of "three innovations".
