Abstract: This paper analyzes the connotation and relationship between career planning education and innovation and entrepreneurship education. There are some problems in the career planning education of college students, such as narrow curriculum coverage, small teaching time span, less practice links, insufficient teachers and career preparation of students. From the four aspects of improving the organization, strengthening the construction of professional teachers, improving the curriculum system, increasing the proportion of practical links, and establishing the tracking evaluation mechanism, this paper puts forward some thoughts on the construction of a full coverage, whole process and practical career planning education system with innovation and entrepreneurship education as the core, aiming at improving the teaching effectiveness of career planning education for college students, and providing more innovative and entrepreneurial talents for the society.
