Abstract: College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship training plan is a platform for cultivating college students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability under the background of the new era. It comprehensively improves the quality of talent training from the aspects of innovative thinking and innovative practice ability. In recent years, Shanghai Jiaotong University has been developing steadily through the management mode of two levels. However, there are still some problems, such as the decline in the number of projects, the serious homogenization phenomenon and the low efficiency of funds utilization caused by the management mode. This paper puts forward relevant improvement suggestions from improving the "four in one" project source mechanism and establishing the whole process mode of innovative talent training, and shares relevant experience, so as to provide reference for other colleges and universities to carry out innovation practice.
