Abstract: As a medium of information dissemination and interaction, the Internet has profoundly changed the production and life style of human beings. The rapid and convenient advantages of network technology can help college students to conduct highly efficient study and life. However, the complex network security threats and risks have a certain degree of negative impact on the thinking and behavior of college students, mainly manifested in the lack of network media literacy of some college students, weak moral literacy and legal awareness, and network mental health literacy needs to be strengthened. To improve college students' network civilization literacy in the new era, it is necessary to pay attention to ideological guidance and play the role of the main channel of classroom teaching; strengthen content guidance, relying on campus culture to condense spiritual power; pay attention to psychological guidance and establish correct value orientation; pay attention to standard guidance and build a harmonious network order.
