Research on the Reform and Innovation Strategies of University Academic Morality Construction based on Quality Education——Take Northeastern University as An Example

Abstract: Facing my country's academic ethics and quality education related strategic policies, based on the education of colleges and universities to carry out academic ethics construction reform and innovation strategy research. Take Northeastern University as an example to illustrate the status quo and achievement status of academic moral construction in colleges and universities based on quality education; explore the lack of moral consciousness, shaken values, disjointed academic moral construction, and incomplete moral cultivation based on quality education analysis. Four major reasons; three major reform and innovation countermeasures for academic ethics in colleges and universities: strengthening system management innovation to achieve professional integration, strengthening innovative education innovation to build an academic innovation model, and strengthening quality education to achieve a new model of ideological cultivation. The construction of academic ethics in colleges and universities based on quality education is one of the important links of college education. Through scientific and reasonable academic ethics construction strategies, colleges and universities are continuously guided to cultivate first-class and high-quality leading talents of the times.
