Study on the Application Effect of PBL Combined with Scenario Simulation Teaching Method in Clinical Laboratory Teaching

Abstract: Objective To study the application effect of problem-based teaching method combined with scenario simulation teaching method in clinical laboratory teaching. Methods 150 interns were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 75 cases in each group. The students in the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode, while the students in the observation group adopted the combination of problem-based teaching method and PBL combined with scenario simulation teaching method. All interns before and after teaching should have a unified closed book examination. After receiving the teaching, they will also issue questionnaires to collect students' experience of teaching methods, the scores of the two groups of students and the evaluation of teaching. Results the average score of the experimental group was (87.61 ± 6.67), the average score of the control group was (82.48 ± 5.89), the score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group; the satisfaction of the experimental group students to the PBL teaching method was 93.00%, and that of the control group was 66.00%. Conclusion PBL teaching method in clinical laboratory teaching can improve students' learning efficiency, stimulate students' interest in learning and cultivate students' learning initiative, which can be applied and promoted in teaching.
