Model Research of Promoting STEM Education Relying on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Application-Oriented University——Based on the Practice of Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation Major in Tongling University

Abstract: STEM education has similar concepts and fair value fits with innovation and entrepreneurship education. Integrating STEM education concepts is an important way to improve the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education in application-oriented university. On the basis of introducing the present situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Tongling University, the specific measures of mechanical design, manufacturing and automation major to promote STEM education based on the innovation and entrepreneurship education system are discussed in depth. It is hoped to provide some reference for STEM education, innovation and entrepreneurship education of application-oriented universities.
