Abstract: The new business is the impact and change brought by the new scientific and technological revolution to the traditional business. Under the background of the new business, the training mode of traditional finance professionals also needs to be innovated and upgraded. This paper studies the mode and path of international financial talents training under the background of new business, and holds that the training mode of international financial talents includes "international school-school cooperation" mode and "international school-enterprise cooperation" mode, while the implementation path includes reconstructing the training scheme of financial talents, innovating the international teaching system, perfecting the practical teaching module and strengthening the improvement of teachers' ability.
