Ways and Countermeasures to Achieve Higher Quality Employment in Private Application Oriented Universities——Take Nantong Institute of Technology as an Example

Abstract

Abstract: The employment quality of private application-oriented college graduates directly affects the future development direction and prospect of private colleges. On the basis of exploring the meaning of high-quality employment, this paper analyzes the employment quality of private application-oriented universities in recent three years (Taking Nantong Institute of Technology as an example), as well as the factors affecting the high-quality employment of students in private application-oriented universities, and puts forward the ways and countermeasures to achieve higher quality employment in private application-oriented universities.
