Application of Focus Solution Mode in Employment Assistance Work of College Graduates

Abstract

Abstract: In recent years, the employment situation in colleges and universities has been severe. Colleges and universities are actively innovating and exploring graduate employment guidance and services. Applying the focus solution model (FSM) to employment guidance and services for college graduates can achieve effective help. The effect of support can effectively improve the pertinence and effectiveness of this work. This article briefly introduces the FSM systematically expounds the feasibility of the FSM applied to the employment assistance work of college graduates and the application of the FSM in the employment assistance work of college graduates.
