The Application of Collaborative Innovation Mechanism in the Training of Clinical Medical Talents

Abstract: This paper explains the connotation of the collaborative innovation talent training mode, and highlights the reform ideas of "one platform, two outstanding, three docking, four joint efforts". This mode gathers the innovation main body through university-government cooperation,targets industry standards through university-industry cooperation, focuses on post competence, optimizes the curriculum system, strengthens the construction of clinical teachers and practice and training bases, and improves the quality of clinical teaching through university-enterprise cooperation. The pattern made clear the responsibilities and status of the subjects to the collaborative innovation, through the teaching quality monitoring mechanism to ensure the smooth progress in talent training. A systematic collaborative education mechanism has been formed with the government as the guide, the industry as the guide, schools as the main body, affiliated hospitals as the core, teaching hospitals as the focus, and primary medical institutions as the supplement, which provides a reference for the construction of clinical medicine collaborative innovation talent training mode.
