Abstract: The quality and working ability of teaching secretaries in teaching hospitals have a certain impact on the overall teaching management quality and teaching level of hospitals. This paper summarizes how to select qualified teaching secretaries in teaching hospitals based on the post competence. According to the practical work experience, the author expounds that the selected and hired department teaching secretaries are effective in teaching work, maintaining good teaching order, strengthening the contact between teachers and students, improving the quality of teaching and paying attention to the management of teaching files, strengthening teaching quality control, promoting the development of high quality of hospitals, etc, the effect of the surface.
