Abstract: The construction of new liberal arts points out that cross-border integration is the future development direction of talent cultivation. The "five dimensional linkage" applied financial talent cultivation mode with the background of new liberal arts construction is deeply planted. Under the guidance of the concept of integration, adhering to the value guidance and application ability cultivation, using panoramic professional courses to strengthen the skill short board, developing multi characteristics parallel integration , progressive training innovation ability as the cultivation path ,and the quality evaluation index of differentiated talent cultivation following up the multi-dimensional linkage simultaneously to cultivate the application-oriented talents satisfied by society, enterprises and students.
