Strategies for Cultivating Students' Comprehensive Ability under the Mode of Combining Curriculum and Competition Items

Abstract: Cultivating the comprehensive ability of college students through comprehensive practical teaching projects is an important task of engineering practical teaching in colleges and universities. It is particularly important to guide college students to actively participate in practical teaching units through a series of methods. The teaching mode combined with courses and competition projects can mobilize the enthusiasm of students very well, and by combining with general practice courses, it achieves the purpose of cultivating students' teamwork ability, problem-solving ability, programming practice ability and innovative practice ability. Through practice, the project that combines intelligent hardware and mechanical design can allow students to comprehensively learn from design, prototyping, programming, structural assembly, testing and debugging.
