Abstract: The teaching secretary of the teaching hospital can assist the director of the teaching and research department and the teaching director of the department to carry out the teaching work. It plays an important role in the teaching management of the hospital and has a certain impact on the quality of clinical teaching in the hospital. This paper discusses the quality, job responsibilities and the role of teaching secretary in clinical teaching management of teaching hospital, and expounds the influence of teaching secretary in assisting teaching management, good communication and coordination, promoting the growth of young clinical teachers and improving the quality of clinical teaching.
