Analysis on the Professional Skill Training Mode of Hotel Management Students under the Visual Threshold of School-Enterprise Cooperation

Abstract: In recent years, applied training mode of the teaching of hotel management specialty in colleges and universities is to emphasize theory over practice, it is difficult to meet the demand of high-quality comprehensive talents in hotel industry. School-enterprise cooperation is the main way for the students of hotel management to become high-quality applied talents, and it is also the only way to improve the professional skills of students of hotel management. This paper analyzes various problems existing in the professional skills training mode of the students majoring in hotel management, and put forward some suggestions, such as the establishment of industry training standards, the establishment of high-qualified school-enterprise teacher teams, the construction of practical training bases and the formulation of professional skills training programs, etc. , with a view to the hotel industry and relevant departments to send high-quality professional skills-based talent.
