Practical Exploration on the Cultivation of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents in Local Agricultural and Forestry Universities

Abstract: The cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents is of great significance for promoting China's higher agricultural education, promoting the development of agricultural modernization, cultivating agricultural science and technology talents, and promoting more students' entrepreneurship and employment. This paper analyzes the strategic significance of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents in agricultural and forestry colleges and the challenges faced in the process of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents. Combined with the practical exploration of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents in the school of food science and engineering of Shanxi Agricultural University, this paper studies and discusses how to scientifically promote the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents, hoping to have some reference value for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in local agricultural and forestry colleges inspire.
