Abstract: It has become an important and urgent task in the development of education to build a team of high-quality teachers with noble ethics, professional skills and passion. Teachers should keep the classroom well. Teachers' teaching ability is the soul of the classroom, which directly affects the effect of teaching activities and the quality of personnel training. From the perspective of the process of classroom teaching activities, this paper expounds the ability that teachers should have, and analyzes the embodiment of teachers' teaching ability in the stages of teaching preparation, teaching implementation and reflection after teaching.
