Abstract: With the benefits of digital economy, the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce has put forward new needs for talents in the foreign trade industry. Based on the investigation and analysis of the post and corresponding capacity needs of the sample enterprises of cross-border e-commerce in China, It can be seen that there is a large gap between the talent training in colleges and the talent demand in the industry, which is mainly reflected in the fact that the talent training system of cross-border e-commerce has not been formed and the curriculum system is not reasonable. Lack of practical teaching conditions; young teachers lack practical experience; students actual operation ability is out of line with job requirements; lack of forward-looking professional training.
