Abstract: We conducted statistical analysis on the employment rate, employment area, employment direction and attending graduate school in traditional Chinese medicine resources and development of School of Pharmacy of Guangxi Medical University. Based on the current curriculum system of our school and the domestic experience of traditional Chinese medicine resources and development education, which aimed to analyze the degree of integration between our school's current teaching mode and actual employment situation, so as to carry out corresponding teaching reform, thereby cultivating high-quality traditional Chinese medicine resources and development professionals in line with independent learning, innovative and entrepreneurial thinking and strong practical ability, which provided the necessary technical support, talent support and professional support for the sound and rapid development of the Chinese herbal medicine industry in Guangxi.
