An Analysis of the Current Situation and Causes of the Construction of Ideological and Political Education Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges in Xinjiang

Abstract

Abstract: Ideological and political education is the key work of higher vocational colleges. It is an important goal of Xinjiang Vocational Colleges to build a team of teachers with strong ability and high level of ideological and political education. Xinjiang higher vocational colleges make full use of the policies of the Ministry of Education and the Department of Education of the autonomous region in the cultivation of Ideological and political education teachers, clarify the construction objectives and formulate construction measures.
