Research and Practice of "Double Supervision" Teaching Quality Monitoring System under the Training Mode of Applied Talents

Abstract: In recent years, many undergraduate colleges and universities set the training goal as the cultivation of applied talents. Based on the training objectives and requirements of applied talents, the construction of teaching quality monitoring system is not only the internal driving force for the sustainable development of local undergraduate colleges, but also the basic guarantee for the construction of a powerful higher education country. Teaching quality is an important part of curriculum construction, professional development and school progress. This paper analyzes the disadvantages of the traditional system from the perspective of teaching quality monitoring, and puts forward the composition of "double supervision" system, adding multiple factors in "supervision of teaching" and "supervision of learning", so as to make the trained talents meet the needs of the society, and can be directly used by the society, so as to effectively improve the quality of talents.
