Abstract: In the current network era, smart phones, tablets, laptops and other mobile intelligent terminals have become increasingly popular, people are surrounded by a lot of network information every day. In this case, not only gave birth to the network broadcast this new media channel, but also had a certain impact on the traditional broadcasting and hosting professional personnel training, making this professional teaching work face the transformation and upgrading. In view of this, this paper first analyzes the impact of network broadcast on the cultivation of broadcasting and hosting professionals, and then explores and studies the corresponding countermeasures, hoping that the views and suggestions put forward can effectively promote the quality and efficiency of broadcasting and hosting professional personnel training in China.
