Study on the Correlation between Professional Identity and Learning Burnout of General Normal College Students

Abstract: In order to understand the current situation and the correlation between professional identity and learning burnout of general normal students, a survey was conducted with the help of relevant scales. The results showed that the score of professional identity and learning burnout of general normal students was 53.018(70 points in total) and 64.248(120 points in total). General normal students' professional identity is negatively correlated with learning burnout. We should improve teachers' status and professional values; optimize personnel training and improve professional skills; clarify career goals and promote lifelong development, so as to enhance their professional identity.
