Research and Practice of Application-Oriented Talent Training in Local Universities

Abstract

Abstract: The cultivation of application-oriented talents in local universities meets the needs of regional economic and social development, as well as the needs of popularization of higher education and expansion of school development space. Shangqiu Institute of Technology has always adhered to the orientation of application-oriented and local school running, and built an application-oriented talent training system focusing on ability, which has trained a large number of application-oriented talents for regional economic development.
