Abstract: After the delimitation of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, private undergraduate colleges and universities in the area adopted a school-enterprise collaboration education model in the process of talent training, which greatly promoted the employment of the entire student body. Combining the current situation of school-enterprise collaborative education of private undergraduate colleges in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, analyze the current situation and causes of employment of college students, and propose effective countermeasures to promote the employment of college students in private undergraduate colleges in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and improve college students’ The employment rate and meeting the employment requirements of private undergraduate college students play an important role. Therefore, we should base on the actual characteristics of private undergraduate colleges in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and discuss specific measures for the employment of college students.
