Abstract: With the continuous development of society, enterprises have more and more demand for high skilled talents, but due to the limitations of traditional education mode, many college students still stay at the theoretical level of learning, which is mainly due to the lack of practical opportunities and teachers with rich practical experience. In order to solve this problem, it is a very good teaching method to introduce high skilled talents from enterprises and cooperate with schools to teach together. Schools can cooperate with enterprises to complete the formulation of talent training programs and the development of teaching courses. Schools can introduce enterprise talents and enterprises to employ college students, realize a good teaching mode of both theory and practice, and strive to export high-quality technical talents for the society.
