Abstract: Carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities is an important measure to build an innovative country and an important force to train innovative and entrepreneurial talents. In the innovation and entrepreneurship education, the concept of engineering education certification is introduced, the training objectives, graduation requirements and curriculum system of innovation and entrepreneurship talents are defined through the "output orientation", the "student center" is insisted to establish the big data individual innovation and entrepreneurship influence factor model and the hierarchical innovation and Entrepreneurship talents training mode, and the innovation and entrepreneurship talents training is based on the diversity evaluation mechanism“ Continuous improvement", comprehensively improving the training quality of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.
